21st November 2020 a Day to Remember

The Joy of My Ordination to Priesthood

21st November 2020 a day to remember

It is with great pleasure that I’m delighted to announce to you my ordination to priesthood. Finally, the long awaited day has come. A new horizon has dawned. I will be ordained a priest on Saturday 21st November 2020 at Our Lady Help of the Sick Mulago Catholic Parish, Kampala Archdiocese, Uganda. What a joy! There is no way I can express in words the joy I feel in my heart. Becoming a priest has been my desire since I was 14 years, and 21st November 2020 seems to be a day of a dream becoming true. I can’t wait. I thank God who has brought me this far. To him be the glory and praise. I welcome you all to celebrate with me this memorable day. Due to restrictions on public gatherings as a measure to curb down the spread of the deadly Corona Virus that spreads Covid-19, entry into the church on ordination day is very much limited. However, the event will be streamed live on the following Facebook pages: Kakande Stephen and on the page of Ugandan Catholics. The event will also be live on the same Youtube channels. It will also be aired on Radio Maria Uganda. Don’t be left out. Tune in and pray for the success of the day. Above all, keep me in your prayers that I may be a priest faithful to the priestly calling. God bless you all.
